Welcome to Moms Simple Life!

My name is Melissa Ferris (Martinez), I’m a 38-year-old Mother of 2  boys that are 10 1/2 months apart (Yes, it’s physically possible.)

 

I have a full-time job at home and at work, and both career field require overtime. For the job that pays me money, I work in the world of Aviation. For the job that gives my life meaning, I work to create Real Gentlemen.

After my kids were born I found a Real Gentlemen to be a good father figure. This wasn’t my original plan, life just happened. I thank God everyday for what he has blessed me with.

We live in the Pacific North West where the sun likes to play peek-a-boo, where people like to drink coffee, and where socks and sandals are socially acceptable.

My goals in life:

• Work at home Part time
• Start an Urban Homestead (We just bought acreage, so we are getting there)
• Retire and play in the garden all day
• Have more time to garden, crafting, cook and just have more fun!

In other words, find away to be a Stay-At-Home Mom!

This is going to be a long and hard journey, but I know I can make my goals!
